VOLUNTEER GROUPs

If you are a faith-based org, student club, or professional group:

1. Fill out the group volunteer application form.  Please make sure to fill out these forms completely so that we have all of the information needed to provide you the best experience.

2. Our Volunteer Coordinator will contact you in order to determine whether or not we can accommodate your group.

Note: To help us cover the increased costs of offering customized cultural exchange and service learning opportunities, such as harvests, edible tree tours, tastings, and food preservation workshops with refugees, IRN charges a program fee of $100-$500, generally $250 per day, commensurate with group size, and the group’s ability to contribute to our mission of feeding families and assisting refugees on an on-going basis. We have considerable knowledge about potential group housing, as well as environmental justice- and immigration- related activities with partner agencies.

Alternative Breaks

This is a slightly different approach to group volunteering as it is a week-long volunteering experience, typically hosting high school or university groups.
